If you want to leave Beam, contact Beam support and we'll delete your account for you. Before you do, make sure any pending payouts or upcoming bookings are resolved — once your account is deleted, it can't be recovered.
Before you reach out
Check for pending payouts If you have completed sessions that haven't been paid out yet, mention this when you contact support. Deleting your account before the end-of-month payout cycle may affect your ability to receive pending earnings.
Check for upcoming bookings If you have sessions booked in the future, cancel or reschedule them before requesting deletion. Clients who have already paid deserve proper notice.
Download anything you need Once your account is deleted, you won't be able to access your transaction history, invoices, or any other account data. Download anything you need before proceeding.
How to delete your account
Contact Beam support at [support email]. Let us know you want to delete your account and we'll handle it from there. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Common questions
Can I delete my account myself in Settings? → Not at this stage. Contact Beam support to request account deletion.
Is account deletion permanent? → Yes. Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.
What happens to my pending payout if I delete my account? → Mention any pending payouts when you contact support. We'll make sure they're processed correctly before deletion.
What happens to my public profile after deletion? → Your public Beam profile and personal Beam link are removed immediately upon deletion.
Can I reactivate my account after deleting it? → No. Deletion is permanent. If you want to return to Beam, you'll need to create a new account via LinkedIn.
What happens to my data after deletion? → Your personal data is deleted in line with Beam's privacy policy. See the privacy policy for full details.
What if I just want a break from Beam? → You don't need to delete your account. Simply remove your availability windows in Settings so no new bookings can be made. You can reactivate anytime by adding availability back.
